While I am on the subject of Helen Colebrook, I have to say I highly recommend joining her Patreon. She posts a lot and there's other benefits too .
The reason I wrote "I am free" is simply because I feel like that these days. I am released from work, I am peaceful. I am not a slave to social media or chasing a inauthentic life. Here is where I begin.
I acknowledge I am very lucky to feel this way. Its been a long time coming and I have struggled with many things. The peace of mind I am feeling at the moment is unreal :)
